Lee Lipniskis is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the residential exterior construction industry and has a reputation for excellence. With a robust background as a licensed general contractor, Lee has honed her expertise in overseeing complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. Her comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, coupled with a keen eye for detail, has earned her the respect and admiration of both clients and peers in the industry.

Before establishing herself as a general contractor, Lee built a solid foundation in the field as an insurance adjuster. This role provided her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of insurance claims related to construction and property damage. Her ability to navigate the complexities of insurance policies and her adeptness at assessing and managing claims have been instrumental in her career. This unique combination of skills enables her to offer clients a comprehensive understanding of both construction and insurance processes, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently and effectively from start to finish.

About Mike Corby

Mike has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an installer for a furniture installation company while earning his degree at Marist College. Demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication, he quickly advanced to the position of Project Manager within the same company.

Following this, Mike worked as a commercial plumber for seven years with the Local 1 Plumber’s Union in New York City. His expertise then led him to Colorado, where he spent the next three years as a Residential Construction Superintendent.

In his role as a Construction Superintendent, Mike successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects, overseeing the construction of single-family and multifamily homes in the Denver metro area. He was responsible for every phase of the build, from foundation pour to final paint, ensuring each project met the highest standards of quality. Mike also worked closely with homebuyers, facilitating a smooth transition from purchase to move-in.

Mike now brings his extensive construction knowledge, attention to detail, and strong commitment to customer service to the Levello team. As your onsite contact, he will ensure that all work is performed to the highest standard and that your project expectations are not only met but exceeded.
